Giovanni Pentenero (IT)

I was born and live in Turin since 1948. I breed Schnauzer Standard pepper salt since 1980 under the name Rufus, my first Schnauzer was a standard black on 1973.

With ‘Rufus’ I have performed in the most important European expositions, being awarded with multiple prizes for Italian and international championships on beautiness and the prestigious Deutcher Bundessieger and Deutcher Jharessieger awards.

I’m ENCI FCI judge since 1982 for numerous second group breeds, dachshunds and all the fifth group. I have also been judge on the most important European and Club expositions.

Since 1988, I’m the president of the Italian Schnauzer Club and the Italian Pinscher Club.
