My name is Myriam Vemeire and in 1997 I became a judge for Belgian shepherds.
I’m now qualified for all breeds in FCI-groups 1, 2, 5, 9 and 10, for some Terrierbreeds, for the Rhodesian Ridgeback and the Dalmatian and for the Golden retriever.
I have judged in most European countries, in the United States, Argentina, Israël and Argentina.
At this moment I have 3 dogs at home : a smooth Griffon Havana of Baluchistan (Belgian champion) and 2 Tervuren males : Multi Ch. Grimmendans Iroquoi who became World Winner in Salzburg and a young male Grimmendans Nvictus.
I also co-own a Groenendaal female Multi Ch. Nepal de Bruine Buck who won Crufts and a Tervuren male Multi Ch. Grimmendans Lavignac who won the World show in Milan.
I’m the general secretary of the CC-show for breeds of group 1 and 2 ‘Lokerse Winner’, I’m the chairman of section 4A, a committee member of the Belgian Kennel Club and I’m the vice-president of the Belgian Club for Griffons and Papillons.
Beside this I’m responsible for the ring stewards in some Belgian shows.
I would like to thank the organization of Eurodogshow for the kind invitation!
It’s always a big honor to be part of it and I must say that I’m very happy with the breeds they have given me.
I wish Eurodogshow lots of success with their show and I already would like to thank the exhibitors for entering and showing their dogs.
I’m sure that everybody will have a great weekend in Kortrijk!
