VERY IMPORTANT: DEFINITION OF CLASSES
Judging will begin at 10 am sharp.


1.     BABY CLASS : for dogs of 0  to 6 calendar months on the day of the show.
2.     PUPPY CLASS: for dogs of 3 and not exceeding 6 calendar months on the  day of the show. This class does not qualify for C.A..C. - C.A.C.I.B. - B.O.B.
3.    YOUTH CLASS: for dogs of 9 and not exceeding 18 calendar months on the day of the show. This class does not qualify of C.A.C. and C.A.C.I.B.  but does qualify for B.O.B.

The following classes 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 qualify for C.A.C. and C.A.C.I.B.

4.    INTERMEDIATE CLASS : for dogs of 15 to 24 calendar months on the day of the show.
5.    OPEN CLASS: for dogs of 15 calendar months of age and older on the day of  the show.
6.    WORKING CLASS: for all dogs from 15 months on the day of the show. Open to working breed dogs having obtained a prize or a ACU at a trial with CAC, organised for the breed. An official certificate (photocopy) approved by the FCI and delivered by the national kennel club of the home country must be submitted with the entry form.  It shall mention the type of trial and the validity of the result for entering this class.  Lacking this certificate, the dog shall be entered in the open class.
7.    CHAMPION CLASS: for all dogs which have obtained the title of National Champion or International Champion. Those titles must be officially recognised (F.C.I.)..  Photocopy of the certificate must be submitted with the entry form.  Lacking this certificate, the dog  shall be entered in the  open class.
8.    VETERAN CLASS: for dogs of 8 years of age or more.  This class does qualify for BOB not for C.A.C. - C.A.C.I.B.
9.    BRACE CLASS: for  two dogs of the same breed (male & female), belonging to  the same owner(s).  To compete in the brace class, the dogs must also be entered in one of the individual classes .
10.  GROUP CLASS: for a group of minimum 3 dogs of the same breed, without distinction of sex, belonging to the same owner(s). To compete in this class the dogs must also be entered in one of the individual classes.

IMPORTANT: Individual classes are Puppy, Youth, Intermediate, Open, Working, Champion and Veterans. A dog may be enrolled in one individual class only.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All entries are made “BONA FIDE” by the participants and under their own responsibility.  All incorrect statements which might result in the dog being entered in a class to which he should not have access, shall cause the annulment of the obtained results, the restitution of the prizes which may have been won and possible sanctions, as foreseen by the regulations.  .

Responsibility: the organizers take all possible steps to ensure the cleanliness of  the premises allocated to the dogs at the show.  But the Committee cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage caused either to the dogs or to objects located on the premises.   All occurences not foreseen in the regulations and their application shall immediately and irrevocably be resolved by the Committee.  

Postponement or cancellation: the organizing Committee retains the right to postpone or cancel the show.  The fees already paid shall be refunded after deduction of the costs already incurred  for  the organisation of the show.  

VERY IMPORTANT !
1.     Please pay fee when applying for enrollment.
2.     In principle no payments will be accepted on the day of the show. €12 will then be added to the amount due.
3.     Only payments effected before 14.11 are considered valid. All subsequent payments will be returned to the exxhibitors, who will be charged on entering.
4.     An admission ticket will be sent after payment and after the deadline for enrolment

THE UNDERSIGNED DECLARES :
1.     To have read the regulations and to abide them.
2.     To obey sports jurisdiction of the Royal Cynologic Union St-Hubert.
3.     That his dogs are free from illnesses and have been vaccinated against RABIS , 3 Years , PARVOVIRUS and RABIES from the 3the birth year every 2 years. Kennelcough every year.
4.     Not to belong to a club which is not affiliated to or recognized by the F.C.I..
5.     To be reponsible for bites or other accidents caused by his dog(s).
6.     He shall be present as of 9.30 AM and shall not remove his dogs before the beginning of  the Ring of Honour.  Failing this, he may incur a fine of 125 Euro.
7.     The board of directors is entitled to reject enrollments without any comment.  By returning the form the breeder binds himself to pay the fee, even if he does not attend the show.
8.     In accordance with the Belgian law of August 14, 1986 and the R.D. of May 17, 2001, ear cropping Is prohibited since October 01, 2001. This rule does not apply to dogs whose ears were cropped before this date, as long as the owner can prove it.  (tail docking is banned since 01/01/2006)

TERMS OF AGREEMENT :
9.     Only the courts of justice of the judiciary district of Courtrai are competent so settle disputes arising from the present agreement. Only the Belgian law is relevant to interpret this agreement.
10.   Bitches in season are allowed.
11.   Smoking is prohibited inside the Kortrijk Xpo premises.
